Introduction

The customer wanted to produce S95 steel slag powder by adding superfine powder to the slag ground by grinding mill. The finished product would be used in superfine steel slag powder, mineral slag powder, high-strength phosphorus slag powder, composite mineral powder and cement.

Because the production base was spacious, the workshop was planned to be built after finishing equipment installation to keep the whole project going on wheels.

Process: The forklift sends the materials to warehouse of material first. Then the materials would be sent by variable frequency belt feeder to the SCM1250S Mill where materials are ground. Finally, the finished products are sent to the elevator by spiral conveyor. The finished products are stored at storage tank and then transported to the mixing plant to mix with steel slag to produce the building material.
