Working Process

This crushing plant crushing device mainly consists of jaw crusher for primary crushing, impact crushers for secondary crushing, vibrating screens and vibrating feeders. 
The materials are delivered to the raw material warehouse by a forklift or dump truck, and then evenly fed into the jaw crusher through a vibrating feeder.
The material is initially crushed to a particle size of about 150mm, and then transported to the impact crusher through a belt.
The material is crushed twice to a particle size of about 60mm, and then the crushed material is sent to the centrifugal impact sand making machine through a belt conveyor for crushing.
The crushed materials are classified by the vibrating screen, and the 0-5mm materials and the materials that meet the finished product specifications are transported to the finished product warehouse. The materials that do not meet the finished product specifications are sent to the centrifugal impact sand making machine by the belt conveyor for secondary crushing and screening. Form a closed loop.
