The Introduction Of Fine Sand Recovery Equipment

At present, most of the existing artificial sand production lines adopt wet production technology.  No matter what type of sand washing machine is used, its major disadvantage is that fine sand (particles below 0.16 mm) is seriously lost, and some even lose more than 20%, which not only loses the output but also seriously affects the gradation of sand, resulting in unreasonable gradation and coarse fineness modulus, which greatly reduces the product quality of machine-made sand.  Excessive fine sand discharge will also cause environmental pollution.  To solve the above problems, our company has developed the XSHS series fine sand recovery system, which is a technology absorbed by our company from abroad, and overcomes the difficult problem of sand washing and dewatering in traditional process, and it is difficult to control the loss of fine sand.  The fine sand recovery device can reduce the loss of fine sand and the content of stone powder in the tail water and well solve the problems of high fineness of finished sand and low content of stone powder in artificial aggregate processing system.
