This series of spring cone crushers is suitable for crushing all kinds of ores and rocks with medium hardness and has the characteristics of reliable structure, high production efficiency, convenient adjustment, and economical use. Its spring safety system plays an overload protection role, which can make foreign iron blocks pass through the crushing cavity without harming the crusher. Adopt glycerin seal form to isolate dust from lubricating oil and ensure reliable operation. Standard, medium, and short head types can be selected for coarse, medium, and fine crushing operations according to customer requirements.

The Features Of Spring Cone Crusher

Break the crushing principle of conventional crusher, adopt the laminated crushing principle, increase the mutual extrusion and grinding force of materials in the crushing cavity, increase the cube content in the finished product discharge, reduce the needle-like content, and make the finished product uniform in particle size;
Increasing the distance between the crushing wall and the rolling mortar wall in each stroke not only allows more materials to enter the crushing chamber but also forms a larger discharge volume, which accelerates the speed of materials passing through the crushing chamber, thus increasing the processing capacity of the equipment.
